How To Install Kita DS Security Suit

1.) Install VRCFury

2.) Install Poiyomi (for Dissolve and UV Discard Animations)

3.) Unpack the "Jaco PHL - Kita DS Security Suit" unity package

4.) On your Kita'vali Avatar make sure to have the scale as 1 x 1 x 1 (same as default Kita'vali Scale)

5.) Drop the Prefab in your Avatar

6.) then you can scale your Avatar to you desired size

7.) Upload and Enjoy

NOTE: You might need to find some way to hide the Chest feather, Wings, Custom Hairs, Custom Accesories, that way the Armor will fit as intended.

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Jaco, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor," and any individual or entity purchasing and/or using digital assets provided by the Licensor, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee." By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital asset provided by the Licensor, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Grant of License:

a. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital assets, including but not limited to audio files, animation clips, animation controllers, prefabs, FBX files, scripts, textures, Substance Painter files, Blender files, images, and Unity packages (collectively referred to as "Digital Assets").

2. Restrictions:

a. The Licensee may not redistribute, repackage, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Digital Assets available to any third party, whether for profit or otherwise, without the express written consent of the Licensor.

b. The Licensee may customize the Digital Assets for personal or commercial projects. If the Licensee engages the services of a third party to customize the Digital Assets, they may share the Digital Asset files only with the hired third party, provided that both parties have purchased the Digital Asset.

3. Intellectual Property:

a. The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Digital Assets, including all copyrights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights.

4. Credit Requirement for Video Content:

a. In the event the Licensee creates video content using the Digital Assets for personal or commercial purposes, the Licensee agrees to credit the creator of the Digital Assets. Proper credit shall include the name of the Licensor and a reference to the original Digital Asset.

5. Refunds:

a. No refunds will be provided for the purchase of Digital Assets. All sales are final.

6. Termination:

a. This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensee's rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if the Licensee fails to comply with any term of this Agreement.

7. Warranty and Support:

a. The Digital Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

b. The Licensor may provide support and updates for the Digital Assets at their discretion.

8. Governing Law:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

9. Miscellaneous:

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Digital Assets, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
